Prices may change at any time. A pricing change will not affect a service already confirmed at an agreed price unless the scope or condition of the vehicle differs materially from the information used to prepare the estimate.
Taxes and other legally required charges may be added where applicable.
4. Appointments and Scheduling
Appointments are subject to availability.
Appointment dates and estimated start or completion times are not guaranteed. Timing may be affected by:

A deposit equal to 50% of the estimated service price may be required to reserve an appointment.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
-
The remaining balance is due when services are completed.
-
Deposits are applied toward the final invoice.
-
Work may not begin until required deposits or prior balances are paid.
-
Vehicles may not be released until payment is received in full.
-
Returned, reversed, or disputed payments may result in additional lawful charges or collection activity.
We may accept payment through cash, check, credit card, debit card, electronic payment, financing provider, or another approved payment method.
Payment processing may be performed by a third-party provider and may be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Customers should provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
Cancellation With at Least 24 Hours’ Notice
When an appointment is canceled at least 24 hours before its scheduled start time, the customer may receive a refund of the deposit or apply the deposit toward a rescheduled appointment, subject to any written terms provided at booking.

For a same-day cancellation, missed appointment, failure to provide vehicle access, or failure to provide required site access:
-
The deposit is nonrefundable unless we agree otherwise in writing.
-
A new deposit may be required before another appointment is scheduled.
A customer may be considered a no-show when our team arrives at the approved location but cannot access the vehicle or safely perform the scheduled service.
We may waive or modify a cancellation charge at our discretion in an emergency or other exceptional circumstance.
7. Mobile-Service Requirements
For mobile services, the customer must provide:
-
Lawful permission for us to work at the location
-
Safe and reasonable access to the vehicle
-
Adequate working space around the vehicle
-
A suitable water source when requested
-
Any access instructions communicated before the appointment
-
A location that does not unreasonably interfere with traffic, neighbors, pedestrians, or other businesses
The customer is responsible for obtaining any required permission from a property owner, landlord, employer, homeowners’ association, municipality, parking facility, or other controlling party.
We may refuse or discontinue mobile service when conditions are unsafe, unlawful, unsuitable, or likely to damage property, including due to:
-
Severe weather

Unsafe traffic conditions

Ice or unstable ground
-
Hazardous materials
-
Inadequate lighting

Remove cash, medications, firearms, valuables, documents, electronics, and personal belongings
-
Remove or disclose fragile, loose, modified, damaged, or aftermarket components

Prepare an estimate
-
Record existing damage
-
Document completed work
-
Resolve questions or disputes
-
Support training, quality-control, insurance, or legal purposes
We will handle photographs according to our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for pre-existing defects or for deterioration caused by age, improper installation, previous repairs, manufacturing defects, misuse, neglect, or normal wear.
10. Results and Limitations
We strive to deliver high-quality professional results, but no detailing process can guarantee complete restoration or removal of every defect.
Results may be limited by:
-
Age and condition of the material
-
Permanent staining

Burns

Odor-removal services are intended to reduce or eliminate odors caused by identifiable contamination. Odors may return when their source remains in inaccessible materials, ventilation systems, insulation, headliners, padding, or other hidden areas.
Paint correction improves eligible surface defects but may not safely remove scratches that penetrate too deeply into the paint system.
We may recommend additional services when one treatment is unlikely to achieve the desired outcome.
11. Biohazards and Hazardous Conditions
Customers must disclose known or suspected:
-
Blood
-
Vomit
-
Urine

Feces
-
Needles or sharps

-
Other potentially infectious or hazardous materials
We may require photographs, an inspection, special scheduling, additional charges, or a separate written agreement before accepting this work.
We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if an undisclosed hazard is discovered or if conditions exceed our training, equipment, insurance, licensing, or safety capabilities.
Additional disposal, personal protective equipment, sanitation, or subcontractor charges may apply.
No statement on our website should be interpreted as a guarantee that a vehicle will be medically sterile, pathogen-free, legally certified, or safe for a particular health-sensitive use unless that result is expressly provided in a separate written agreement.
12. Paint Correction, Coatings, Tint, Film and Wraps
Services involving paint correction, ceramic coatings, window tint, paint protection film, vinyl graphics, or vehicle wraps may be subject to additional written instructions, product warranties, aftercare requirements, and installation terms.
Customers understand that:
-
Existing paint defects may affect results.
-
Repainted or previously repaired surfaces may react differently than factory finishes.
-
Adhesive products may not be suitable for damaged, weak, oxidized, or improperly cured paint.
-
Removal of tint, film, decals, or wraps may reveal or contribute to damage involving already-failing surfaces.
-
Coating durability depends on preparation, maintenance, exposure, storage, mileage, climate, and customer care.
-
Product warranties may require registration, inspections, maintenance services, or adherence to manufacturer instructions.
Manufacturer warranties are provided by the applicable manufacturer and remain subject to the manufacturer’s eligibility requirements, exclusions, and claim procedures.
13. Authorization to Operate or Move a Vehicle
By leaving a vehicle with us or authorizing service, you permit our employees or contractors to reasonably:
-
Unlock the vehicle
-
Start the vehicle
-
Move it within the shop, driveway, lot, or service area
-
Adjust seats, windows, mirrors, and controls
-
Operate ventilation, lighting, and other systems
-
Perform a limited road movement or inspection when reasonably necessary for the service
We will not use a customer’s vehicle for unrelated personal purposes.
The customer must inform us of any mechanical, braking, steering, transmission, tire, battery, electrical, or safety issue before we move the vehicle.
14. Customer Approval and Completion
The customer should inspect completed work promptly.
Any concern regarding the service should be reported within 48 hours after completion, together with photographs or other helpful information when reasonably available.
We must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and, where appropriate, correct an eligible service issue before the customer arranges corrective work through another provider.
This provision does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
15. Abandoned Vehicles and Property
A vehicle or other property left after completion must be retrieved within the agreed period.
Storage charges may apply when a vehicle remains at our shop after the customer has been notified that it is ready.
If a vehicle or other property appears abandoned, we may exercise rights available under applicable law, including providing notices, arranging towing or storage, asserting lawful liens, or pursuing unpaid charges.

-
Photographs are illustrative.
-
Prices displayed online may not reflect the final price for a particular vehicle.

Before filing a lawsuit, the parties are encouraged to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute directly.
30. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
32. Waiver
A failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce it later.
Any waiver must be in writing and applies only to the specific matter described.
33. Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the applicable estimate, invoice, work order, appointment confirmation, product warranty, and any other written agreement governing a service form the entire agreement between the parties concerning that service.
If terms conflict, the more specific written terms for the applicable service will control over these general Terms.
